A casual small-town vibe, twenty plus pancake and french toast varieties, partial menu on the wall – I’ll take it all. Sweet Sue’s was a go-to breakfast spot while we were in the Catskills area of New York this summer (see other adventures here). We ended up eating there twice during our three day stay; clearly it didn’t disappoint. The portions were large enough to share, giving you ample opportunity to try everything.
